Does the company list a phone number? 2. Does the company have live help online? If there is no quick way to get in touch with the company, they could be a fly by night, take your money and run company. Or at the very least, send you traffic from 3rd world Email Database countries that is no good. If you can't talk to someone at their office, they most likely have something to hide. Now that being said, I know there are legit companies out there that are good and don't list an easy way to contact them. But most of those companies are larger (ie. GoDaddy, Google, etc.) and they have an extensive FAQ's section. So be careful if there is no way to contact the company you are about to spend money with. 3. How fast do they respond to your emails, phone calls? Most companies online these days will always respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to any Email Database email or phone message you leave. If you contact a website traffic company and they take more than 24 hours to respond (again, excluding weekends and holidays) then you may want to rethink your decision to use them. Now I know sometimes emails get lost. So you could give them one more chance and send another email. If you do send another email, give them 24 more hours then Email Database move on. 4. How long have they been in business? This one is tricky because every business Email Database has to start somewhere. Just go with your gut here. If everything else looks great, like they answer the phone calls, respond to emails, offer a money back guarantee, etc.. then if they have been in business only 1 month or 20 years it does not make that much difference.
